3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship your orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events. Shipping costs and methods will be displayed at checkout.
4. Returns and Refunds
a. Returns
In case of a product damaged during shipping or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.
b. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mortis Machina Apparel and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Site without our expressed written permission.
